Terms and Conditions

COURSE BOOKINGS

To enrol in a course, please contact us, subject to availability. All bookings will be confirmed via email.

PAYMENT BY INDIVIDUALS

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place, with the remaining balance due at least 28 days before the course start date. Alternatively, the full amount can be paid upfront. Payment methods accepted include cheque, or BACS transfer. Failure to make timely payments may result in course booking cancellation.

PAYMENT BY AN EMPLOYER OR THIRD PARTY

We can invoice a third party on your behalf, such as your employer, subject to written confirmation. Course placement will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

TRANSFER OF COURSE BOOKING OR DELEGATE DETAILS AMENDMENT

Transfers to another course or changes to delegate details incur charges based on notice period:

More than 28 days prior: £25 administration fee

28 to 15 days prior: 25% of course fee

14 days or less prior: 50% of course fee

A £25 administration fee applies to delegate detail changes regardless of notice period. Fees apply for each transfer or change, and transfers must be utilised within six months, or as agreed.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation charges are as follows:

More than 28 days prior: £25 administration fee

28 to 15 days prior: 50% of course fee

14 days or less prior: full fee

If you previously transferred your course and now wish to cancel, a 25% administration fee applies in addition to cancellation charges. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by post or email.

FAILURE TO ATTEND/COMPLETE A COURSE

Non-attendance or incomplete course attendance necessitates payment of the full, non-refundable course fee.

LATE ARRIVALS/MISSED SESSIONS/CONDUCT

Late arrivals or missed sessions may result in failure to meet assessment criteria. Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the course, with the full fee remaining payable.

CERTIFICATION

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of training/assessment only after full settlement of course fees.

We reserve the right to cancel or relocate a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative course or full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Times


  • Standard Orders: We dispatch the vast majority of orders within 72 hours.
  • Stock Fluctuations: While stock levels can vary, we aim to have all orders shipped within 14 days. If an exceptional delay occurs and we cannot fulfill your order within this timeframe, a member of our team will contact you directly.

Delivery & Risk

  • Address: Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • Responsibility: Once delivered, the items are held at your own risk, and we cannot be held liable for any subsequent loss or damage.
  • Location Restrictions: Please note that we may be unable to deliver to certain remote or restricted locations.

Couriers & Missed Deliveries

All shipments are handled by trusted third-party carriers. If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the courier will either:

  1. Hold your items at their nearest local depot for your collection.
  2. Attempt a redelivery at a later date.

Multiple Items & Split Shipping

If your order includes items with different availability dates, our standard policy is to hold the entire order and ship everything together once the final item arrives. If you prefer to receive available items sooner, you can request separate deliveries (additional shipping charges may apply per shipment).

Order Processing & Stock

Stock Availability

  • Potential Delays: If an item is temporarily out of stock with our suppliers, your order may take a little longer to process.
  • Item Availability: Please note that certain items may occasionally be unavailable. Because supplier timelines vary, we are unfortunately unable to provide specific restocking dates.

Returns & Refunds Policy

7-Day Change of Mind Policy

You can return any product for a full refund within 7 working days of delivery, provided it is in perfect, resalable condition.

  • Your Refund: We will refund the full value of your order, including our original shipping cost to you.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items and ensuring they are adequately insured during transit.
  • Collection Service: If preferred, we can arrange for a courier to collect the return from your premises and deduct the cost from your refund. Please note that for larger items, courier collections can be expensive (typically between £20.00 and £25.00).
  • Supplier Handling Fees: If an item needs to be returned directly to one of our suppliers, any handling fees they charge us (typically 15% to 20%) will be passed on to you.

What We Mean by "Resalable Condition"

To qualify for a refund, products must be unused and in their intact, original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns if the product’s box is torn or damaged.
  • For hygiene reasons, body-worn items generally cannot be returned unless they are faulty. However, if a body-worn item arrives in a heat-sealed bag or with a tamper-proof seal, we will accept the return only if the seal remains unbroken and the bag is unopened.

Damaged Items, Shortages, and Defects

  • Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged, unsatisfactory, or with missing items, please notify us within 2 working days so we can resolve the issue immediately.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Any product that is unfit for purpose due to a manufacturer defect will be replaced or fully refunded. In this instance, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please note: This defect policy applies only to orders within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland (EIRE).
